1. Account Settings Permissions Issue:
    • If a supervisor is unable to see the “More Button” for a specific user, it could be due to an issue with the account settings permissions. The supervisor should navigate to the Account Settings option and check the Permissions tab. Ensure that the supervisor has the appropriate permissions to view and access the “More Button” for that user.
  2. Admin Type and User Role Configuration:
    • When a user, let’s say Neha, creates an account where she is also the admin, and subsequently creates another user with an admin type and user role, it’s crucial to check the configuration.
    • If the created user is set to “User” role, and in Permissions Tab in Account Settings if his permission for “Can Update” is set to none, or if there are selections for “Can Update” but “Display Fields” is not present in that list, then they will not be able to see the more button.
    • To solve this go to Account Settings, then go to Permissions Tab, there search for the user who is unable to see the more button. In his Can Update list add “Display Fields” as a selection.
  3. Logout and Login:
    • After making the necessary changes in the admin type and user roles, it’s recommended to log out and log back into the account. This action refreshes the account settings and permissions, allowing users to see the updated features, including the “More Button.”
  4. Contact Support:
    • If the issue persists even after following the above steps, it’s advisable to contact the support team for further assistance. They can provide personalized guidance and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the visibility of the “More Button” on the add page.
