Where to find the recycle bin

Recycle Bin can be found in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

What is the purpose of the Recycle Bin.

The recycle bin of Relaso CRM helps restore any important information that might have been deleted by any user. Relaso CRM’s recycle bin doesn’t allow to permanently delete anything for security reason.

Every information that is deleted from the CRM is stored in the recycle bin for safety and allows you to restore anytime.

In recycle bin you can search for the required details by selecting the appropriate module for which the information is related to. For example, if you want to search for a deleted contact then you need to select the Contacts tab and then search for that contact.
