How to change allowed notification mode in Relaso

  1. Login to your Relaso CRM (See how to?).
  2. Go to Account Settings and open the Notification tab. You can change allowed mode of notification from different dashboards in this settings.



Note: If the Account Settings is not visible to you then you are not entitled to change notification settings.

When you open the Notification tab you can find different dashboard option from which the user wants email or sms or both as notification. From this page you can alter the settings.

Note: Change all the fields settings at first in order to receive desired notification.





Click on Save button after changing each fields.
