Tirumala Seven Hills Pvt. Ltd.

Tirumala Seven Hills provides country-wide Mobile Tower refrigeration unit maintenance and repair service for two major telecom providers. Relaso CRM was used to manage and monitor the operations of over 625 Customer Service professionals across India. Relaso was used to:

  2. Ensure that Service was done as per schedule
  3. Ensure compliance of SLA in both Maintenance Service and on-demand Customer Service

Keya Seth Aromatherapy

Keya Seth an internationally recognized aromatherapist launched her eponymous brand, Keya Seth Aromatherapy in India in the year 2004 with a range of natural cosmeceutical products for skin, hair & total beauty. Starting from the “National Award for Research & Development” in 2008 to “ESQR’s Quality Achievements Award, London” in 2015, the brand has been showered with many national as well as international honors since its inception.

Keya Seth launched an innovative lead acquisition strategy facilitated by Relaso targeted at women. A Relaso-managed mobile number was provided in numerous advertisements in news media and magazines to call Keya Seth and get her advice on skin and hair and other women-related issues. The calls were handled by a Call Center which was powered by Relaso Software. Specifically advertisements were regularly published in major newspapers like Anandabazar Patrika with the invitation to ask “Keya di” (elder sister in Bengali) for hair fall, skincare, and similar problems.

The large volume of calls continuously comes through the Call center which is handled by a dedicated team. Relaso was used to manage the calls and route them appropriately. Relaso Call Center Software popped up with caller details of prior interactions when a call came in. It also provided a way to fill in missing Contact details and take notes on caller requirements and tagged for easy classification and analysis later. The call record was stored for random quality checks later.

Potential customers could also SMS to Relaso managed numbers. On average around 2 SMS per second came from that number. The SMS along with contact details and other information provided are captured in Relaso CRM. The Call Center Team uses the leads captured to make outbound calls. The details of conversation as well as the notes taken are stored in Relaso CRM as before.

Keya Seth also used the mobile number to organize competitions at festival outlets like Durga Puja. Visitors to the stall will send SMS along with asked for details like name, answer etc. to the designated number which is then captured in our CRM and used to choose random winners.
