Relaso Connect App — Terms of Use
Relaso Connect offers a contact synchronization feature that reads device contacts to sync them with your CRM. We access your contacts only with your explicit permission and solely for the purpose of matching, importing, and syncing contact data between your device and your Relaso CRM account.
- What we access — Contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other fields you choose to sync.
- How it’s used — To enable CRM contact sync, deduplication, and quick selection when placing calls or sending messages.
- Your control — You can grant or deny contacts permission at any time through your device settings. Contact sync can also be toggled off within the app’s settings. Granting this permission is optional and not required for basic app functionality.
Precise Location
Relaso Connect may access your device’s precise location (GPS) to enable location-aware features such as check-ins, geotagging, and proximity-based contact suggestions.
- How it’s used — Location data is used only while you are actively using the relevant feature (“When In Use” permission). We do not collect location data in the background.
- Your control — You can grant or deny location permission at any time through your device settings. Location access is optional and not required for core app functionality.
Microphone & Speech Recognition
Relaso Connect requires microphone access to place phone calls through the app and to support voice input features. Speech recognition may be used to transcribe voice notes or voice commands.
- How it’s used — Microphone access is used only during an active call or when you explicitly invoke voice input. Audio data is processed in real-time and is not recorded or stored unless you explicitly save a voice note.
- Speech data — When you use speech-to-text features, audio may be processed by the app or third-party services to generate text. These transcripts may be stored as part of your CRM records if you choose to save them.
- Your control — Microphone permission can be granted or denied through your device settings. Speech features are optional and can be disabled in the app settings.
Artificial Intelligence Services
Relaso Connect integrates third-party AI services to power features such as the AI Chat Assistant and speech-to-text. When you use these features, certain data may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers:
- Google Gemini (via OpenRouter) — Chat messages and context you provide in the AI Chat feature may be sent to Google’s Gemini model through OpenRouter’s API for processing. This data is used solely to generate responses to your queries and is not used to train AI models.
- OpenRouter — Acts as a gateway to multiple AI models. Chat messages and context may be routed through OpenRouter’s infrastructure.
- ElevenLabs — Voice data may be processed by ElevenLabs for text-to-speech and speech-to-text features.
We require these providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to use your data only for the purpose of providing the AI service. You will be presented with a consent dialog before using AI chat features for the first time, and you can choose to disable AI data sharing on a per-conversation basis.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Relaso account and associated personal data at any time.
- In-app — Navigate to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account (available in a future update).
- Email — Send a deletion request to support@relaso.com from your registered email address.
- Timeline — We will process your request within 30 days. Upon deletion, your account credentials, CRM data, contact sync data, and usage history will be permanently removed from our active systems. Backup data will be purged within 90 days.
Note: Deleting the app from your device does not delete your Relaso account. You must follow the account deletion process above.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent for data collection at any time:

Withdrawing consent may limit certain features but will not affect your ability to use core app functionality.
